Documentation and Online Help
The current public release of the
Workload Performance Series
software, v7.0, is used by customers around the world every day to better manage their systems and optimize their processing environments. Documentation for v7.0 provides existing customers with a variety of information on performing tasks within this software version including specific steps and answers to general and technical questions about the proper operation of the software within your environment.
In addition to the information made available through our Resource Center, the
Workload Performance Series
software v7.0 also includes integrated documentation and on-line cursor-sensitive help that provides you with the information you need when you need it. All documentation, whether accessed via a terminal, a web browser or from the printed user guide, is integrated into the software and maintained and delivered via our integrated Software Maintenance features.
Webcasts and White Papers
We present many educational and informative webcasts on iSeriesNetwork.com, a leading single-source provider of information and news to meet your AS/400 and iSeries informational needs. Each webcast is recorded (video and audio) and then made available in many formats for viewing after the live event has occurred on
iSeries Network
.
These webcasts provide a variety of technical information on such topics as systems management, performance analysis and application and database tuning. Some of these presentations are high level and are aimed at a broad audience, while others are very technical and specifically targeted at application software developers or systems administrators.
In addition to the archived webcast recordings (for which you will need a free copy of WebEx software), you can access our original presentations in many formats from our Resource Center.
White papers are also developed for each webcast presentation to provide additional flexibility in delivering this valuable content. These white papers, which can be easily searched to find specific areas of most interest, provide an ideal format for emailing and presenting these topics to others within your organization including executive managers, software developers and systems administrators.

Agreements
Our Resource Center also contains access to our
Mutual Confidentiality Agreement
and
Software License and Maintenance Agreement
. These agreements can be downloaded as PDF documents for local printing. Once completed, they can be faxed or emailed to our corporate office as shown on the

web page.
Note that the Software License section of the Software License & Maintenance Agreement is mandatory for all
Workload Performance Series
software customers, while the Maintenance portion is optional.
The Mutual Confidentiality Agreement is also optional and is provided for those customers who wish to execute an agreement that binds both parties to confidentiality.
All our agreements are fair and balanced, and give both parties the legal protection necessary for the use and maintenance of our software. If you see an area of these agreements that does not address your specific organizational issues, please contact us to discuss your areas of concern. We'll do our best to address your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
