To receive support and get current with our v7.0 software, you need to be current with an Annual Software Maintenance Agreement. The cost associated with this will depend upon a few factors. How many years has the software maintenance lapsed? How many systems/LPARs are we talking about? Are there currently any promotions from MB Software to incentivize timely action?

Our Annual Software Maintenance Agreement includes the following:

1) quarterly application performance reviews via conference, Internet and green-screen
2) telephone and email support
3) monthly Performance PLUS news letter
4) online webcasts, white papers, User's Guide, green-screen cursor sensitive help
5) optional hosting of performance data in secured area of our web site or locally on your server
6) free analysis and recommendations based on hosted performance data on an as-needed basis
7) Online Discussion Group
