Performance review sessions involve use of the secured area of our web site - the "Sign In" tab, you having access to the EZRAD WORKPERF menu on your system and all of us conferenced together on a conference call. During the initial 1 hour session, MB Software will review the performance data PDFs hosted on our web site. If you host data locally, you need to forward the PDFs to us prior to the call. We will make recommendations for changes and further data collection based on what is found in the data.
We may need you to send us some screen shots out of the EZRAD WORKPERF menu during the call if necessary. Clicking on the MB Software logo on the top/right of our home page brings up a screen capture utility available to us.
We like to focus more on analysis of performance data and less on teaching functionality of the tools. Please use our Online Training Center, User's Guide, online cursor sensitive help, White Papers, Webcasts and Performance PLUS monthly newletters prior to these sessions to become as familiar as possible with the basic use of the software. The biggest value that we can add through these performance review sessions is with our 15 years of experience in interpreting data and making recommendations.
