All of our files are purged via a nightly "Database Maintenance" job inside of our job scheduler. You can customize the data retention for each of our tools using option 12 from the EZRAD WORKPERF menu. The Disk Navigator database files can get large if you don't keep the number of days at a reasonable setting. You can add a "limit=1" parameter to the end of the "Parameters" string inside of the DISKNAV job scheduled entry to tell the data collector to only store information for objects that are at least 1 meg in size. This will dramatically reduce the number of objects that we track and significantly reduce our disk storage. The objects larger than 1 meg or 10 meg are typically responsible for 80% or more of your DASD consumption anyway.
