Please do the following before the conference call:

1) go to http://www.mb-software.com
2) click on the MB Software logo on top/right
3) click on "View Full Profile"
4) find "Michael Boadway" in search on top/right
5) click on LinkedIn profile
6) click "Add Michael to your network"
7) once connected, click on "www.ezrad.com" on Michael's profile
8) go to a green-screen session
9) press Alt Print Screen (may be different if on laptop)
10) go back to ezRAD,com/capture
11) click "Paste" button on web page
12) wait several seconds
13) does it say "Image Pasted"?
14) click "Refresh"
15) do you see the screen shot
